Responsibilities
: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality staff. Work with internal teams and external partners to advertise vacancies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
: Oversee staff scheduling to ensure optimal operational efficiency and customer service. Coordinate with department leads to address staffing needs, plan for peak periods, and manage staff leaves.
: Implement performance management systems to drive high performance. Regularly assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and work with team members to establish career development plans.
: Oversee all HR-related aspects of operation, including employee relations and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager with an emphasis on scheduling, coaching, and mentoring,.
Proven experience in HR management, with emphasis on talent acquisition, training and development, and performance management.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills are a plus.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage a diverse team.
Knowledge of local and federal labor laws.
