The Company
Our client is a well established and rapidly expanding restaurant group with over 20 concepts across the US and they're not slowing down! They are seeking a Director of Operations to join their team and drive operational success in their restaurants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing restaurant group dedicated to excellence!
This group plans on opening several more locations in 2024 and 2025 and needs a strong Director of Operations to run their current properties and support with these upcoming openings.
Director of Operations Duties:
Oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations generating $30-40M in annual revenue
Review P&L reports with managers to ensure restaurants meet or exceed all financial targets
Lead and mentor the management team to drive oeprational excellence
Create and execute financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with company required standards in areas of staffing; restaurant operations; employee and guest relations; labour costs; beverage costs, food costs, sanitation and food preparation
Build, train and develop high performing teams
Qualifications:
Five years of experience in a similar position, managing at least 10 restaurant locations
Must have experience with new restaurant openings
Financially savvy
Understanding of P&Ls and COGs
Strong communication and organisational skills
A hands-on leader for the team that is passionate about people and hospitality!
