**Description**
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the activities of the Customer Service team engaged in carrying out customer service activities.

Monitors service calls to observe Representatives demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies
Conducts Representatives performance appraisals
Takes corrective action to adjust customer complaints
Answers questions about service
Keys information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints
Organization
Experience with invoicing
Knowledgeable with all systems
Invoicing for three buildings
Customer Service for three buildings
Duties as dictated by the Senior Director
Requirements:
Bachelors degree from a 4 year college or university preferred
Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a warehouse environment
Experience with management responsibilities
Experience using warehouse management systems and/or AS400 operating systems
PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
