Compensation
Most of our design consultants earn over $100,000 annually, and our top designers make $180,000+ annually.

As a member of our design consultant team, you will
Receive extensive product training at our Denver corporate headquarters followed by field training in your local market on Stoneside's proven sales process
Ongoing one-on-one coaching and team collaboration to support your success
Go on approximately ten appointments per week where you meet with our clients in their homes or office
Learn about our customer's needs and design preferences
Develop custom proposals to address their needs and tastes
Enter our client's orders into our automated system
Enhanced earning opportunities through self-generated leads
Qualifications and Skills
A proven track record of sales success
Passion and talent for interior design
Positive attitude, self-motivation, drive, and determination
Full-time availability with the ability to work two Saturdays per month
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability car insurance
Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs
Live within a reasonable distance of the market center
