Summary
As the Finance Director, ERP, you will lead and oversee our ERP project from a financial perspective. You will be responsible for ensuring that our new ERP system aligns with our financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the organization's overall success.
Essential Functions
• Lead and manage the financial aspects of the ERP implementation project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers & external consultants to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide deep expertise in financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that the ERP system supports these requirements and collaborate with the project team to implement necessary controls and processes.
• Prepare the organization for financial audits by establishing processes and documentation that meet auditing standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for improving financial processes through the ERP implementation.
• Work to streamline financial operations, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the change management team to develop and deliver training programs for end-users in the finance department.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring the ERP implementation stays within budget.
• Ensure the ERP system generates accurate and timely financial reports and analytics needed for decision-making.

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role with expertise in financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with financial processes.
• Exceptional project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in change management and training is a plus.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
