Key Responsibilities:
Attendee Assistance: Greet and assist event attendees, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
Information Dissemination: Distribute event-related materials, schedules, and instructions to attendees.
Problem Resolution: Handle complaints or concerns effectively, striving for swift resolution to maintain a positive event experience.
Coordination: Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events and provide insights for enhancing customer experience.
