LOCATION: Must live in Texas - Dallas, Houston, San Antonio or Austin preferred
SALARY: $94,400 - 106,200, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Sr. Key Account Manager is responsible for selling and executing Anheuser-Busch sales and marketing programs for multiple national accounts. Responsibilities include planning, executing and coordinating the aligned business objectives for our customers while driving execution of approved programming at the store level. In this role, you will develop relationships with high-level personnel across different functions to identify opportunities and accomplish mutual sales goals
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow sales and share within assigned territory
Provide total account management; sell-in programs and brand promotions
Collaborate with category team on space management priorities
Utilize sales tools IRI, Hero, IDIG, Catalyst
Maintain active communications with region sales and wholesaler personnel
Evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated targets
Contribute to the development and management of monthly PR’s and the annual account plan
Facilitate communication of wholesaler's pricing to chain account
Conduct market visits in key retailer geographies
travel up to 30% (within state and regionally)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA degree in business, finance, marketing or related field.
Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly category management and information-based selling).
Advanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint)
High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations.
Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred.
Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills.
Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries.
Knowledge of sales and marketing applications
Understanding of wholesaler network/processes and wholesaler equity agreement.
Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
