projects, and for collaborating with the Project Manager to achieve client satisfaction and project
profitability.
General
The Super coordinates and oversees the field staff and day to day operations of assigned projects,
ensuring projects are operate safely, are completed per scope and schedule and meet both Bohden’s and

Leads. Additionally, they evaluate subordinate employees on an annual basis.
Preconstruction/Estimating
A Super may periodically be asked to provide input on sequence, schedule and logistics for a proposed
project.

asked to perform and/or confirm project take-offs.
Upon the PM’s approval, the Super may purchase project consumables. All purchases should be
communicated in advance between the Super and the PM, with efforts made to utilize vendor agreements

Meeting to discuss project scope, schedule, subcontractors, materials, and project start. They are

contract and any other pertinent project information.

Schedule:
The Super assists the PM in preparing a two- to three-week look ahead schedule and is required to
update their projects’ schedules on a weekly basis. When project delays or issues occur, the Super
works with the PM to ensure proper notification to the GC is made and that all impacts to the
construction schedule are appropriately documented. When opportunities are developed to

the delivery ticket. Validated delivery tickets are then submitted to the PM for review and attached
to the corresponding invoice and purchase order prior to submitting to accounting for payment.
Additionally, the Super identifies all tool and equipment needs for the project, with particular
attention being paid to allowing for lead times for material deliveries. The Super tracks rental
equipment and periodically verifies the calibration of any tools provided by Bohden to the jobsite.
When equipment is no longer needed on a jobsite, the Super notifies the PM to schedule its return.
