DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

We are looking for a dynamic and career-oriented individual with strong sales focus to join us as a Director of Sales &Marketing at Moris Media. The individual will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing Digital Marketing Strategies in his zone of operations. Additionally, the individual will also be responsible for managing, guiding and training the Business Development Managers and other marketing positions in the team of to our growing team at Moris Media.

You will have a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives by creating Digital marketing strategies and will have an extremely important responsibility of ensuring the success of Moris Media in your zone of operations.

Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position, or reputation in some way. You will be leading a team of staff for most operations but may have a singular role to play in some key strategic works. Your work will often reach all areas of the business for Moris Media.

As a Director of Sales &Marketing, we are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and utilizing different digital marketing channels. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual effective sales strategies, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople.

Business development is the identification of long-term methods to increase value through the development of relationships, markets, and customers. The core responsibility of the Director of Sales &Marketing is to grow the business by planning and implementing the day-to-day tasks and strategies to achieve this goal.

The ideal candidate needs to have an analytical mindset, be an excellent communicator, have in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms, and also have the capability of leading a professional team in this highly dynamic environment.

As a Director of Sales &Marketing, you'll need to:

Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy

Manage the strategy

Manage and train the rest of the team

Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels

Measure ROI and KPIs

Prepare and manage digital marketing budget

Oversee all the company's social media accounts

Measure and manage online content

Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis

Build and inbound marketing plan

Organize and lead digital marketing team

Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.

A Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) or Master's Degree in a related field.

Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels.

Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.

X years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software.

Basic knowledge of web design procedures.

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

Mandatory Requisites:

Moris works in a Hybrid mode and hence this work-from-home job will require:

The job might involve occasional outdoor travel, you need to be flexible to travel, whenever required.
