Sales (Sales Development Representative)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be creating messaging for outbound campaigns to new customers via cold calling, emailing, and meetings.

You’ll be using Salesforce to track sales metrics against company quotas.

You’ll be using prospecting tools to identify decisions makers and companies to target.

You’ll be qualifying and contacting inbound requests.

You’ll be partnering with account executives to help generate new business.

You’ll be assisting to build out the sales playbook.

Who You Are

You have some experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role.

You are confident and comfortable making cold calls.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills.

You are goal oriented and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

You exemplify organization, discipline, and resourcefulness in your work.

You are constantly looking for areas of improvement for yourself and the sales strategy.

Pay Transparency

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
