Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Hoboken NJ office:
Lead IT Delivery Manager
Lead projects and vendor teams through successful delivery of future state initiatives.
Responsible for collating and tracking program status information and project artifacts at various stages of a projects life cycle (finances, resources).
Ensure methodology compliance auditing and tracking ongoing projects using the agreed tools at regular intervals; ensure projects are on course and follows the approved methodology.
To analyze the data and providing value add reports on a weekly/monthly basis to Leadership and stakeholders.

We will count on you to:
Leads implementation and delivery of products, managing the scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities for the project(s)
Develops strategic business plans and consults on best practices and leading thinking related to the delivery of professional services of software products in support of the business
Manages escalated client delivery issues and ensures clear action plans are developed in resolution
Facilitate effective communication through weekly and monthly status reporting to ensure that key stakeholders and senior executives have the most up to date status on work
Monitor and report on project issues and risks. Work with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve appropriately; escalate as necessary using prescribed points of contact
Develop project plans for all phases of the project and associated deliverables
Review the project budget and scope of work, including management of project budget(s) to meet financial and company goals, proactively ensuring adherence to change control processes and ongoing capacity planning
Assist in the gathering of business requirements, Troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution
Continually review and ensure adequate internal and external resources are available to meet project deliverables and milestones
What you need to have:
Insurance Industry Experience Would be a Plus
10-15 years IT Project Management experience minimum
Experience in full life cycle delivery using Agile methodology
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach internal and external colleagues in Agile ways of working
Experience with updating project tracking tools i.e. dollar forecasting, staffing profiles, project status
Self-starter and capable of working under minimal supervision
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Experience leading business operations and multiple IT teams
Extremely proficient with MS Office suite of products
Strong presentation and report writing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
