About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People & Inclusion Officer (CPIO) to lead the development and execution of an integrated people strategy that fosters a culture of inclusion and equity. This role is pivotal in guiding the organization through a period of rapid growth, evolving its culture, and reviewing organizational design and processes. The CPIO will be a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for leading HR and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion functions to ensure that the organization's human resources policies and practices are inclusive and equitable.
