About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People & Inclusion Officer (CPIO) to lead the development and execution of an integrated people strategy that fosters a culture of inclusion and equity. This role is pivotal in guiding the organization through a period of rapid growth, evolving its culture, and reviewing organizational design and processes. The CPIO will be a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for leading HR and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion functions to ensure that the organization's human resources policies and practices are inclusive and equitable. The successful candidate will be expected to model the company's values, be client-centered, and collaborate effectively to deliver impactful programs.The ideal CPIO for the company will be a bold and innovative leader, leveraging the organization's culture and history to drive change. They will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies, policies, and processes for recruiting, developing, and retaining a diverse team of professionals. The role requires a visionary leader who can identify and develop leadership competencies for the future, and who is committed to advancing the company's mission of ending hunger in the community. The CPIO will work closely with the CEO and the Executive Team to ensure that the organization's growth is supported by a strong, inclusive, and equitable workforce.
