Position Summary
In this role you will be execute and manage a comprehensive growth strategy that drives D2C customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while maximizing ROI. You will collaborate with the executive team on a frequent basis across product, design, operations, sales, and customer success.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Execute and manage a comprehensive digital growth strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement with an emphasis on paid acquisition, affiliate and SEO
Own critical KPIs including new customer revenue, returning customer revenue, CAC, etc. while being able to report to leadership on trends driving changes in those metrics
Own day-to-day relationships with agency partners including communication, alignment and performance
Manage an 8-figure paid acquisition budget including channel allocation and performance forecasting
Deeply understand our customer's reason's for buying and use that personal understanding to drive targeting and testing in digital ads
Ensure we are addressing customers at all stages of the buying journey with appropriate creative, messaging and offers
Perform detailed analysis of digital marketing channels past performance to discover trends and create actionable recommendation for future improvement
Look for new opportunities to scale revenue such as new product categories, dropship partners, etc.
Identify ways to increase AOV through upselling and cross-selling
Perform competitive research and maintain a strong understanding of best-in-class ecommerce brand strategies
Requirements
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
5 years’ growth marketing experience in the ecommerce space with an emphasis on paid acquisition
Experience working within ecommerce, advertising and marketing technology platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics Google, Meta preferred)
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach problem solving
Excellent time management and project management skills
Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of the agricultural industry and/or fitness industry is a plus
