Silver Tree Residential, LLC is a privately-owned real estate and property management company that owns and operates senior and multi-family apartment communities across the country. In our ever-growing portfolio, we currently have 94 properties in 25 states totaling over 11,000 units. As long-term owner and operator of our communities, STR exists to provide the highest quality operations in senior and family housing.
As the Marketing Manager at Silver Tree Residential, you will play an important role in driving the marketing strategy for our communities. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional marketing channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with the Owner and the Director of Marketing to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is being executed.
Overall Marketing
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement the STR Marketing Plan to increase occupancy across the portfolio.
Update brochures and flyers as needed, utilizing approved templates or collateral provided by the Director of Marketing.
Coordinate the creation of business cards company-wide, ensuring consistency and branding guidelines.
Assist with promotional items for properties as needed.
Assist in the planning of the annual, company-wide leadership conference.
Online & Social Media
Create monthly content calendars for various social media platforms using a combination of tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and ChatGPT.
Create compelling and relevant content for the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik-Tok.
Monitor and respond to incoming messages and comments across all social media channels.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to create weekly email campaigns for properties, ensuring effective communication with our audience.
Marketing Reports And Training
Work closely with the Director of Marketing to run weekly reports on occupancy and advertising sources for the properties.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Help to provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies based on report findings.
Work with the Director of Marketing to create a training schedule for all new and existing employees.
Will provide results of training to employee and management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of integrated marketing experience.
Proficiency in social media management tools and graphic design tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong goal-driven, self-motivated mindset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred.
Experience with customer-facing experience or hosting virtual meetings face-to-face.
