Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager manages marketing communication projects from concept through completion in the areas of advertising and promotion, web design/administration, branding and media relations & outreach and reports to the Director of Project Management. This role oversees the execution and strategy of external and internal communications and through the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various internal and external modes of communication. The Marketing Manager, working closely with the Director of Project Management, support organizational strategic projects, and is responsible for building strong relationships with UCH departments, leveraging knowledge of UCH key business drivers to deliver quality marketing services that increase patient base and enhance the reputation and name recognition of UCH. his position is hybrid remote with once per week in office, or as needed to provide marketing support.
Key Results Areas (KRAs):
Build strong business relationships with UCH departments and leverage knowledge of UCH key business drivers to advise Management and deliver quality product.
Develop and implement UCH marketing strategy that supports our mission, vision, and values.
Planning, research, and marketing administration in areas of graphic design, web design/ administration, internal communications, corporate identity, and media relations & outreach.
Develop and Implement key tactics for social media and newsletter content creation, collateral production, website updates and other associated deliverables.
Monitor development and branding of collateral to maintain a cohesive and unified visual identity of UCH as a corporation.
Write and edit copy for UCH internal communications, organizational forms, and advertisement.
Collaborates with directors and practice administrators to determine the best and most efficient ways to market themselves and their practice locations.
Monitor and update UCH Website, develop new sites and revise design to simplify user experience, maintain a modern aesthetic, and collaborate with Senior Leadership to support vision for all locations.
Designs displays and presentations for special events; develops ad campaigns and promotion plans; negotiates pricing and coordinates projects with outside vendors; and manages all aspects of project.
Working with UCH Department Directors of Operations, plans department marketing budgets and provides monitoring report for adherence to approved budget.
Manages vendor relationships.
Coordinates with Administrative Assistant employee to ensure timely submission of invoices and physician onboarding marketing tasks completion.
Other duties as assigned based on Project Management and organizational needs continue to develop.

Experience in layout, design, production, print specifications, proofing and editing, photography, web, video production and direction, Brand Development and Identity Systems

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of progressive marketing/account management experience (Marketing, Media Design, Communications, preferred)
Experience preferred in the area of healthcare with a preference in medical practices.
Physical Demands & Environmental Conditions:
Ability to lift 10 pounds
Ability to utilize a landline phone for daily communications
Ability to work in an office environment
Constantly operates a computer
Frequently sitting for long periods of time
Travel is primarily local during the business day
