Job Summary:

Our client is a cutting-edge SaaS-based solution technology offering company that delivers innovative technology for large product-driven customers. Because of their growth, we are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer.

Do you consider yourself a great customer or user-facing Technical Support Engineer or Solutions Consultant? If so, our client is interested in you. Our client has a successful SaaS-based platform for its customers, and they are seeking a Customer Engineer for its Technical Support Team.

Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customer questions in our ticketing system, via email and on interactive calls

Use experience with tech support to troubleshoot end user computer systems

Provide post-sales support for customers

Consult with existing customers on business and technical requirements, with a focus on Cloud solutions

Leverage experience with ecommerce and/or retail systems to deploy software and solutions to cloud infrastructure in a repeatable way

Knowledge of RDBMS a plus

Requirements: BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field or 2 plus years experience working as a Customer Support engineer.

Experience with SaaS technology

Good understanding of MySQL or any other RDBMS

Experience interacting with clients.

Experience with Ecommerce or retail systems a plus
