Responsibilities You Will: Gain a deep understanding of our customers and the needs of end users using research, interviews and data analysis to improve customer experience

Identify the interests, needs, and challenges of each prospective customer

Support implementation of an end-user adoption platform

Utilize Zapier or other integration tools to design and build custom integrations.

Work with Product Marketing to ensure we can articulate and promote the benefits of our products with “how to” articles, blogs, webinars, and short videos

Effectively communicate our value proposition at all organizational levels

Set user adoption strategy and establish a program roadmap

Requirements You Have: A natural ability to relate to anyone and build relationships

Strong presentation skills, with the ability to credibly influence at all levels, internally and externally

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Must possess a valid driver’s license, passport, and are able to travel without restriction

Bonus: Proven success as a Business Development Sales Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Account Executive or similar role in software sales (SaaS is a plus)

Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required

This position requires activities that are subject to US Export Control Laws and require US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
