The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of surpassing revenue targets through proactive sales strategies and relationship-building efforts.
Responsibilities:
Engage in prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing opportunities with legal service providers.
Consistently surpassing prospecting and revenue targets.
Apply consultative sales methodologies to uncover process inefficiencies and deliver effective solutions.
Adhere to a structured approach to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success. Deliver precise and timely forecasts weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years experience as an Account Executive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, ideally within the legal sector
Proven expertise in prospecting and securing new business opportunities
Demonstrated a history of surpassing sales targets and effectively managing sales pipelines
Possesses a sense of urgency and competitiveness, driven by a continuous quest for knowledge and professional growth
Strong aptitude for consultative approaches and discovery techniques, adept at cultivating and nurturing client relationships
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting and delivering compelling business propositions
Exhibits executive presence and achieves sales success through various communication channels, including phone, email, and videoconferencing
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Zoom, and DocuSign is advantageous
