About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sales for its Genesys business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and sustaining a high-performing sales team, with a focus on go-to-market and pipeline execution. This role involves leveraging the company's position as the North American Partner of the Year for Genesys to generate business revenue, meet sales targets, and drive strategic initiatives. The Vice President will be expected to develop sales strategies and account plans, build executive-level relationships, and ensure the team is motivated and enabled to sell the integrated suite of the company's digital products and offerings.Applicants should have over 10 years' of sales management experience, including a background in the Genesys sales channel. The role requires a proven track record of driving joint business results through Genesys relationships, as well as the ability to manage a team in a consulting or professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and be adept at developing and conducting effective proposals and presentations to influence purchase decisions. Key responsibilities also include driving growth in bookings, revenue, and margins, maintaining competitive knowledge, and fostering a collaborative, team-based environment.
