Job Description:

Drive sales results by coordinating store activities with store management and associates

Serve as the direct contact for the client and ensure program and client needs are being met

Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients on national and regional levels to align 2020 and client goals

Effectively coach and mentor store leaders to ensure proper management techniques, policies, etc.

Motivate, direct, and coordinate activities of the management to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives

Responsible for communicating and managing T&E budget(s)

Administer and document all counseling and terminations accurately and in a timely manner, while following established procedures

Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

Perform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements

Meet established program KPIs, related to field performance

Maintain proper headcount in all areas

Customer/client satisfaction based on candidate submission, field activity/objectives, and operational KPIs

Qualifications

5-8 years of sales experience required

3-5 years of retail, client, or sales management experience required

Proven results in consumer electronics, wireless, or technology industry

Extensive retail sales management experience required

A high level of proficiency in Slides, attention to detail, and ability to tell stories through digital media is essential to the role

Superior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skills; comfort leading key presentations will be a regular part of the role

Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem-solve

Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills

An ability to travel 30% of the year to various events in the US and work flexible hours
