Benefits: • Company car • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • 401k Responsibilities: • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead-generating activities goals to ensure future business • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Grow and maintain customer relationships • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) • Company sales meetings • Follow all company outside sales representative duties • Set appointments • Sales talk and objection handler mastery • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Follow the business plan • Client lunches and events • Door to door B2B sales • Cold calling • Build client relationships Qualifications: • Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • CRM experience preferred • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Team-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • Proven track record in sales • Great communication • A high school diploma is required, and some industry or product knowledge preferred • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • 21 years of age or older • Goal oriented • Self-starter • Good first impression with people • Teamwork experience • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 (Salary and commissions)
