Peachtree is looking to add Director, Business Development to the growing Business Development team. This is a remote position, open to candidates in the United States. Potential candidates are highly driven, self-motivated, know how to build relationships, with tenacity for success. Peachtree is a private company with 100% organic growth. Leadership is filled with Pharma industry and CRO veterans, and our project teams are highly experienced.

The Responsibilities:
Utilize market intelligence and technologies to identify and develop contacts within territory
Penetrate new accounts, while maintaining and nurturing existing clients
Prepare, maintain, and update sales and marketing plans for your territory - track in CRM
Meet specified targets including quarterly and yearly sales goals
Participate in proposal development to ensure the proposal speaks to key decision makers and drivers for project award
Manage as well as drive internal teams throughout sales process
Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of business development or sales experience in at a CRO is required. Small CRO experience, preferred.
Dynamic and engaging presentation skills
Drive to be highly successful, and desire for compensation that matches the level of success and impact on the business
Ability to switch from relaxed casual communication (internal) to formal presentation (external)
