As a remote recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to join our organization. You will work remotely, connecting with candidates through various online channels, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment life cycle. Your goal is to source and engage candidates who not only meet the healthcare professional requirements but also align with our company's culture and values.
The independent contractor will have the flexibility to set their ideal working hours and run their desk as they see fit, however, should be accessible in the event their candidate is selected by the client to move forward through the interviewing process.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source potential candidates through various online channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Manage and maintain an applicant tracking system to track and document the recruitment process
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
Conduct reference checks and background screenings when necessary
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the recruitment field
Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals
Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations
Experience in healthcare recruitment
Working Conditions:
The role is fully remote
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, and you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits
You will be providing your own recruitment equipment, candidate tracking system and a suitable home office environment
You will have the opportunity to work with the hiring managers and team members via virtual meetings, email, and collaboration tools
