Senior Director of Global Marketing

The Senior Director of Global Marketing will conceive and implement a B2B marketing and content strategy globally to generate demand and enable sales of the Company’s hardware-software enabled products.
As a B2B product-based company, it is imperative the Company messaging reaches the right audience in the right verticals. The Senior Director of Global Marketing must work closely with global sales and division leaders to understand the market and customers to effectively position and execute the Company’s brand & marketing strategy. This individual must be a strategic problem-solver who is also able to tactically direct and execute key marketing efforts.
Leading a team and reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Director of Global Marketing plays a key role in the commercial organization and will collaborate with other senior leaders on marketing initiatives up to and including the CEO.
Responsibilities:
Leverage content, communications and digital marketing skill set to generate brand awareness/enhancement, thought leadership, and enable sales
Understand and message the Company’s products as a cohesive ecosystem to multiple verticals including Retail, Critical Infrastructure and Consumer Electronic Brands
Design, develop and execute fully integrated marketing programs with comprehensive outbound, inbound, and content marketing for new product launches and existing products
Increasing brand reach, awareness and leads through managing all aspects of the Company’s website
Develop social media strategy to increase awareness and ultimately drive sales
Analyze all marketing campaigns studying what was effective/ineffective and make recommendations for improvement
Perform market segmentation analysis across vertical to identify and quantify attractive market segments with proper messaging
Work closely and manage the Company’s long-term creative agency on ideas and execution of the Company’s brand image and messaging
Oversee 3rd party developers, agencies, and software systems
Closely working with the Product Managers to maximize excitement and speed to market around product launches
Working closely with Division Leaders, Sales, Regional Product Marketing Managers and Product Management to launch products in compelling fashion
Coordinate with International team to maintain brand consistency across all global channels
Stay current with related industry trends, developments, and marketing best practices
Consistently report on marketing activities to executive team and wider, global organization
Collaborate with executives to create marketing strategies with clear KPIs
Set up, monitor, and track growth programs devised to increase sales
