Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies: Create comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.
Build and manage a high-performance sales team: Recruit, train, mentor a team of sales representatives, set and manage performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key stake holders including aesthetics clinics, spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other relevant professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Continue professional development: Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in Medical Aesthetics
- Bachelor Degree.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and organized skills.
- Ability to commute between all office areas.
