Regional Marketing Manager

The core function of the Regional Marketing Manager is to drive new patient acquisition for a group of Specialty Dental Brands (SDB) Orthodontic practices within our Phoenix and Nevada regions. This position will report into and work closely with the Marketing Director with a dotted line to Regional Operations leadership. This position will play a key role in developing local marketing strategy, creating streamlined marketing processes, and identifying levers for patient retention. JOB TYPE:
Full-Time
Hybrid (after onboarding period)
Ability to travel up to 50% regionally or to home office in Nashville as needed.
Based out of region that you directly support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop relationships with office leaders and community partners.
Develop and assist in fostering referral relationships with SDB office leaders and SDB doctors.
Assist with various digital marketing functions as needed, including Listings Management.
Coordinate local office level requests and triage to SDB’s digital and creative marketing arms.
Ability to locate and prioritize local event opportunities and coordination efforts.
Assist SDB partner offices with local sponsorship efforts, including implementing creative needs and payment requirements.
Social Media planning and posting
Assist offices with procurement of any local level printed materials, i.e., appointment cards, referral pads, flyers, in office stationery requirements and promotional items.
Act as liaison between digital team and partner practices when necessary
Referral marketing coordination and assistance with any provider educational initiatives
Serves as local photography and outdoor signage contact.

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT:
Reports to: Marketing Director
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with degree or major coursework in community relations, public relations, marketing, or a related field. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
2-3 years of relevant work experience combined with ambition, drive, and personality will be valued highly in this position regardless of college degree.
Hands-on experience with social media, professional relationship building, and event planning preferred. Experience in the dental field is not compulsory for this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Baseline understanding of Excel and Microsoft Office suites including Teams and Outlook. Working knowledge of social media platforms.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
The ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time may be required.
Set up and tear down of events may require the ability to lift to 25lbs.
