Description Vitality Living is currently hiring for an experienced Sales Director with a proven record of success.
As Sales Director, you will
Manage sales metrics such as calls, appointments, tours, closing sales (deposits), and move-ins.
Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move-in process.
Conduct virtual and in-person tours of community for professionals and community influencers.
Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources
Report out on sales, marketing and occupancy activity as well as maintain an up to date CRM database.

The most successful candidate will have
3 or more years of successful experience in leasing and sales with senior housing experienced preferred.
Demonstrated traits of accountability, meeting high expectations, confidence, goal-orientation, and a desire to succeed.
Sales skills including persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company’s sales systems.
Strong English language written and verbal communication skills, with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.
Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must possess a valid driver license and have access to a car, ability to do outreach appointments.
