IT Support Analyst
The Support Analyst is a full-time member of the Envision Endearment Team focused on delivering the best IT User Experience for Envision as a Service (EaaS) clients. You are the direct line of communication for customer end users that are seeking help in making technology an enabler to their daily work. In addition to direct end user support, you will perform administration on back-end systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Servers, Citrix, Networking and a variety of system security and protection tools. Qualification and Skill Requirements:

Real world experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Servers, and/or Networking. Citrix experience a plus
Intrinsically motivated
High school diploma or equivalent
Task Highlights:
Manage customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve customer requests, looping-in and escalating as needed
Collaborate with other Envision teams on new customer or internal projects
Determine and execute changes to hardware, software, applications, and/or systems
Prioritize tasks, seek collaboration and assistance when needed
Continuous team and self-improvement through training, mentoring, and sharing
