What's the situation?
Be a part of a new team and help build the Outbound Sales Team to support MPLC’s growth through acquiring new business.
The Licensing Representative will be responsible for helping businesses secure licensing for public performance rights.
A person in this role must be a strong communicator, motivated, coachable, and enjoys a challenge.
This is for someone who exhibits desire, commitment, outlook, and responsibility. Some of our best reps often come with previous sales experience or cold calling experience, but not required.

A strong communicator: you’re thoughtful and empathetic in the way you interact with your peers and prospective customers.
Experience with tech sales tools is a plus. (Outreach, Gong, Salesforce)

High volume of activity, with sometimes low results.
Challenging KPI metrics that must be hit or exceeded daily.
Calls and emails to prospects across 4 different time zones: PST, MST, CST, EST.
Monthly and quarterly targets that need to be met.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced changing environment.
Location and salary
$50-55k base salary based on previous sales experience, plus commission OTE $70,000
Commissions are uncapped.
3 days per week in our office in Ladera Heights, LA, 2 days WFH
