Customer Service Manager

**We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our quickly growing company. The Customer Service Manager oversees all aspects of the customer experience for our 8 retail locations in NYC & NJ.**
Job Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will have to be flexible and adapt to new challenges every day, but some of the main areas of responsibility are as follows: Manage orders that come in through email and fax and distribute them amongst the stores
Monitor all ingoing and outgoing correspondence (phone, email, fax) for accuracy and professionalism
Help store managers with any inquiries or special requests for customers
Update customer account notes in the system to ensure they are always current
Adjudicate customer complaints regarding billing and delivery issues
Work with new and existing clients on item pricing, contracting, and quote approvals
Investigate disputes and make sure customer is properly taken care of at all times
Maintain a high standard of organization so no orders, requests, or inquiries get overlooked
Office Hours:
Mon-Thu: 8:00am 5:00pm
Fri: 8:00am 2:00pm
