Customer Service Manager

Ensure world-class customer experience for the JFK AirTrain passengers by providing a safe and smooth experience while in the JFK AirTrain system ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AirTrain_JFK ) .

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

Supervisory / managerial experience, strong leadership, and team management abilities, effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines handing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Proven experience in a customer service management role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience

Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies and initiatives, deep understanding of customer needs, assessing customer issues, identifying root causes and ability to analyze customer service metrics and drive continuous improvement

Experience in managing customer feedback, commitment to provide exceptional customer experiences, ability to empathize with customers, actively listen to their concerns, and effectively address their needs, proven ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues professionally and diplomatically to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to interact with customers and team members, collaborate within cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at all levels

Ideally experience working with Port Authority of New York & New Jersey or comparable transportation agency.
