Salary: $90,00 -$95,000 Annually, DOE
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities-
Translate a marketing strategy and campaign into a tactical implementation plan.
Manage the comprehensive implementation of those plans, including management of detailed budgets and timelines.
Manage expenses for digital and social media services within project budget guidelines.
Manage vendor/partner service providers from concept and contracting to completion with minimal supervision.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing data sources to measure performance and identify trends.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into the effectiveness of each marketing channel.
Utilize data to develop comprehensive customer profiles and segmentations to inform ways to enhance marketing performance.
Provide guidance and support to marketing team members and partners to optimize performance and inspire collaborative thinking that produces better, more creative results.
Evaluate the customer journey to assess user experience, identify pain points, and recommend improvements to enhance the rate of conversion and sales success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations.
Specific Tasks-
Paid Search and Social Media Advertising: Design, implement, and continuously optimize pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social media strategies.
Geotargeting and Remarketing: Develop and refine geotargeting strategies to enhance local marketing efforts and implement remarketing techniques to increase conversion rates.
Prospecting: Identify and target new customer segments to expand market reach and increase engagement.
Weekly ILS/Digital Reporting: Generate and distribute comprehensive reports on digital campaign performance to internal stakeholders, suggesting adjustments to optimize spending.
Marketing Performance Dashboard Development: Improve and maintain a dashboard that provides real-time insights into all marketing activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Social and Local Listing Account Management: Oversee the strategy for and manage the daily operations of all company social media accounts and local business listings, including Google Business Profile and other relevant platforms.
CRM Workflows + Automation: Set up and refine CRM workflows to ensure efficient customer relationship management and automation of repetitive tasks.
Digital Agency Review: Regularly reviews digital agency partnerships to ensure alignment with company goals and performance standards.
Engrain Sitemaps Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to set up and update Engrain sitemaps for enhanced user experiences.
Website and Content Management: Oversee content management systems like WordPress and HTML, ensuring all digital content is up-to-date and optimized for user engagement and SEO.
Requirements
At least 4 years marketing experience with 4-year college degree preferred.
At least 2 years’ digital marketing experience in role required.
Google AdWords and social media campaign management experience required.
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, and other online-based tools.
WordPress, HTML and other content management experience.
Copywriting and creative writing experience preferred.
Project management experience desired.
SEO and SEM implementation knowledge.
Healthy sense of humor, great attitude, energetic, and professional.
Excellent customer service, communication and writing skills are required.
Very detail focused and able to drive projects.
Able to multi-task and achieve high-quality results under tight deadlines and changing work priorities.
Strong leadership, project management, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
