Conduct client requirements sessions
Review/Analyze client foundational data
Translate requirements for technical solutions
Document and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new production environment
Aggregate assignment of costs/charges based on client Accounts Payable process
Document SOP/Runbook for new implementation
Support transition/hyper-care from implementation to Operations
Partner with training to provide relevant training to the client
Act as a mentor to other members and/or new leaders within the team, including training new team members on relevant processes
Education
Bachelor degree in Business and/or Accounting preferred. Related business experience may be considered.
Experience and Skills
Demonstrated customer service orientation and high level of professionalism
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Proven ability to document and translate customer requirements into technical requirements for solution
Strong sense of accountability and responsibility to ensure quality and on-time project deliverables
Understanding of technology expense management (TEM) business model to provide solution to the client
Minimum of three (3) years experience with technology expense products and services or similar software
Working knowledge of systems design and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and SharePoint

The salary range for this position is $60,0000-$65,000.
