About The Role
The Account Executive will partner with members of the account team and the wider Content Studio team. You will act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and team members. You will build client trust and effectively manage junior to mid-level relationships. You are a strong communicator and can proactively manage a range of tasks with increasing independence and sound judgement. You are an expert in the client’s business, with strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and an understanding of data/business results and their impact. You are a champion of the creative work that we do and have an unshakable “can do” attitude.
This is a hybrid role based in the Washington, DC (DMV) area with in-office expectation of 3 days per week.*
What You’ll Do
Establish and build relationships internally and with junior & mid-level clients and serve as the key day-to-day point of contact for clients (content briefings, assets, etc.)
Work with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing great work
Have a basic understanding of staffing and scoping requirements and the ability to recognize scope changes and elevate to senior team members as needed
Manage multiple small projects and support senior team members on larger projects
Attend scrum meetings with client’s Content Manager
Ensure all assets are in line with brand guidelines – serve as the “brand gatekeeper”
Assist with project management/workflow system data entry and reporting
Complete basic analyses and presentation of business results and competitive landscapes
Contribute to the development and presentation of new business pitches/projects as needed
What You’ll Need
2-4 years of industry experience managing “the making” or delivery of great work
You live and breathe social content, you’re on top of social trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Developed skills in research and analysis
Willingness to take on new challenges and operate autonomously
Critical attention to detail and organizational excellence
Natural and effective collaborator

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$45,000—$90,000 USD
