Location : Tempe, AZ | Onsite 5 days |8 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $140,000-160,000 | Depending on Experience
Background Profile:
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources executing HR Generalist duties
5 or more years’ Experience in a Leadership Position
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources – Required
HR Certification: SPHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP – A Plus
5+ years of 401K and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Management in Multiple States
Strong knowledge of Multistate HR and Payroll Practices – Required | CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, ID, CO, TX, NM
Must be able to cultivate and manage relationships with internal customers, vendors, brokers, etc.
Must demonstrate exemplary conduct and set a positive example as a servant leader.
You describe yourself as “Outgoing & Collaborative” with Outstanding Communication, Customer-Service, Presentation & Training skills
You thrive in a Fast-Paced environment with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficient with HR Software Systems & MS Office Suite
