Industrial Measurements business area serves a wide range of industries and applications ranging from pharmaceutical to food industries, and from warehouses to power transformers. It offers a broad range of accurate and reliable measurement instruments based on the cutting-edge technology to help our customers optimize their processes, improve efficiency, minimize energy consumption, and ensure the high quality of their end-products.
**Position Description:**
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work as a trusted and motivated member of our Industrial Measurements global technical support team. The position is located at our office in Woburn, MA and is a 6-month, full-time position. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will help our customers with various technical questions related to our products and applications, provide support over the phone and through email, as well as deliver end-user trainings. The successful candidate for this role will be vaccinated against COVID-19, pursuant to Executive Order 14042.
**Your key responsibilities include:**
Providing exceptional second line technical support to our global customers
Conducting primarily remote customer training sessions with possible on-site customer training involving overnight travel
Actively contributing to and promoting the use of best practice and continual service improvement within the team
Ensuring the level of service hits the key performance indicator targets
**Qualifications:**
BSc. or MSc. in Technology
Metrology, instrumentation, process industry, automation, and application understanding
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent customer relationship management and presentation skills
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Fluent in English, other language
