What you will enjoy doing*
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing the post offer, pre-employment process
You will initiate and monitor background verifications, drug screens and pre-employment physicals
You will initiate and monitor pre-employment onboarding paperwork and answer candidate questions as appropriate
As you move candidates through the process, you will update the Applicant Tracking system and/or candidate tracking spreadsheets and ensure the appropriate documentation is filed electronically
You will partner with HR Managers to ensure timely completion of I-9 documentation, establish candidate start dates and keep security informed when new hires are scheduled to arrive onsite
You will coordinate the processing of monthly/quarterly Sales Incentive Plan payments
On an infrequent basis you may be asked to assist with additional HR or TA responsibilities, which may include interview scheduling, answering candidate calls and assisting with new hire orientation or other related tasks
Performs various Human Resource related tasks such as processing and approving weekly timecards using KRONOS and other record changes such as LOAs, schedule and shift changes, partner with SHEQ for FAA randoms coordination
Assist HRBP with new hire orientation as well as adding biometrics to time clock for hourly new hires
What makes you great Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's preferred
6+ years of administrative experience required with an Associate's Degree
2+ years of administrative experience required with a Bachelor's Degree
Microsoft Office experience required (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
