The specific focus of this job and the background we need you to have is all of:

Hands on Director of Sales professionals (also managing 2-3 SDRs, Sales Representatives)

Several years of success in B2B nutritional supplements sales to health practitioners, NDs/MDs and relevant resellers / partners / retailers in the USA or selling other services to these contact such as coaching, mentoring, training programs or other services. Experience of this customer market and relationships is mandatory and an interest in selling membership training programs on how to grow and service your practice.

Sales strategy, tactics and planning

Able to set and manage KPIs plus lead by example with client generation and closing deals

Hiring and performance management of sales staff

Proven sales process management, presentations, CRM, and business development

Budget management, P&L, data analysis

Professional, knowledgeable and well presented

Able to build rapport, influence, persuade and negotiate for profitable deals and long term client satisfaction

Documentation and executive board level reporting and meeting management
