IT/Helpdesk Support

Global Financial Firm located in San Antonio, TX has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced IT/Helpdesk Support .
This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.
****Video/ f2f interviews are required prior to all offers.
Shift Timings: Mon - Fri : 9:30 am - 6pm CST
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with own team to fulfill requests
• Work closely with other groups within the business and throughout Client
• Assist with providing core customer service support for targeted applications and system
• Utilize Microsoft applications for creating and maintaining basic files
Qualifications :
• Technical proficiencies with applications/systems as we support hundreds of applications on multiple platforms.
• Basic Understanding of Information Security.
• Good Time Management Skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven analytical skills
