With a commitment to continually getting better and making roofing easier for our customers, we lead the industry by a heavy margin when it comes to innovation and the level of service to our customers. Our target clients are building owners, property managers, facility managers, building engineers and others who own or manage commercial buildings with roofs over 20,000sf. Our company is expanding this year with a new location in Nashville, Tennessee with additional plans to expand to other cities throughout the Southeast within the next 5 years. We currently have several major clients in the commercial real estate industry, as well as, several national accounts who trust us with their roofing needs. We have a robust Service Department with 5 service repair trucks operating daily, and a Production Department that completes large re-roofs throughout the Eastern United States. We re-roof and service high-rise buildings throughout Atlanta, school systems, large warehouses, healthcare buildings, manufacturing plants, etc. We are focused on growth and will continue to move forward as a team into the future.

Position Overview : This is a top-level sales position with uncapped pay and the ability to keep your clients after you develop the relationship! You will continue to reap the rewards of your efforts by maintaining high-level relationships with your target clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities with prospective clients via prospecting activities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing deals. The company provides excellent support for this position with several resources to contribute to your success. These range from providing leads, continual sales training and private coaching, solid managerial support and communication, assistance with account management (including a budget to enhance customer relationships), strong operations teams, etc. We are a sales team , however, this position requires a hunter mentality with a goal-oriented approach. Your success depends on your commitment level.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage and consult with potential clients to discover their needs

Propose customized roofing solutions

Manage sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

Account Management and nurturing

Be active in industry events, trade shows, and customer trainings

Conduct regular presentations and negotiations

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that client needs are met with the highest standards of service

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales, specifically within the commercial service industry

Strong understanding of the prospecting and sales process, with a demonstrated ability to perform sales activities and close deals

Excellent level of communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members

Self-motivated and driven, with a hunter mentality and a track record of achieving sales targets

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

Drug test and background checks will be utilized

$60,000 annual base salary + commission
