Position Summary
The Department of Communication Disorders in the School of Allied Health Professions at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans seeks candidates for an open rank Instructor/Assistant/Associate Professor. Responsibilities include teaching in an area of expertise, developing a sustainable line of research, providing direct patient-student supervision in the clinic, and participation in departmental and school committee work. The successful candidate will have an PhD/EdD in speech-language pathology or other related field and be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP and a Louisiana SLP license. Applicants who are ABD will be considered.
