The Director of Sales will be responsible for leadership of all sales and business development activities for the Weiler Labeling Systems brand including the development and growth of all current and future product lines.

Develop a sales structure and strategy that will meet revenue for all product lines and gross margin objectives.

Lead and inspire the WLS Sales Team to foster teamwork and profitability.

Coach, teach and develop team members to achieve optimal performance and job satisfaction.

Participate in developing marketing strategy that focuses on short and long term objectives.

Develop internal and external sales communication process that keeps everyone informed and contributes to the team philosophy.

Provide vision to lead the company into new products and markets that will complement our existing businesses.

Responsible for establishing profitable and competitive pricing based on technical and cost data provided including quote review with RSM’s

Lead execution of go-to-market strategy in partnership with Sales and related functions

Analyze industry trends to provide recommendations for capturing future business opportunities and increase market share

10+ yrs of experience in a customer-facing role in capital equipment sales, automation or packaging machinery industry required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred

Proven track record of success selling industrial equipment

Experience working in both large corporate and small company settings is a plus

Working understanding of current good manufacturing practices

Experience using CRM software is a plus

Extremely high sense of integrity and personal accountability

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and likeable personality
