Responsibilities of our Travel Nurse Recruiter :
and evaluating potential travel nurse candidates nationwide
a robust candidate pool through various methods such as cold calling, lead generation, utilizing our in-house database, referrals, and social media platforms
the alignment of candidates with suitable positions at healthcare facilities across the nation
in negotiations regarding compensation packages encompassing hourly rates, incentives, and optional travel and lodging arrangements subsidized by the company
close communication with your assigned nurses, addressing any on-the-job challenges, providing guidance for future opportunities, and advocating for them effectively, escalating matters as necessary.
with internal credentialing and compliance teams to ensure adherence to client standards
with Payroll and Employee Support teams to guarantee accurate and timely compensation for travel nurses on assignment
