Greet customers
Listen to customer needs
Schedule appointments as needed
Set up loaner cars
Verify insurance before maintenance is scheduled

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of labor and parts cost
Establish follow-up time
Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and update customers frequently
Verify final invoice reconciles with work performed
Explain completed work and charges to customers
Service Advisor Requirements:
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant
Very energetic personality
Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
