RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by customer
Make recommendations based on time, mileage and history of the vehicle
Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance
Generate service repair orders
Establish follow up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
Motivate Service Technicians
Verify invoices reconcile with the work performed
Explain all completed work and charges to customer
Close out customer invoices
We will fully train you - experience with any of the above responsibilities is not required!!
