Job Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Experience:
3-5 years in lighting retrofit, construction, EV, or similar energy sector sales.
6+ sales experience.
Familiarity with CRM, Hubspot, or other project management software.
Finally - and perhaps most importantly - the passion and drive to create, nurture, and close deals.
Total Compensation Package: Ranges between $60,000 to $110,000 USD, including commissions (uncapped!).
