· Completar la lista diaria de preparación
· Asegurar que todo alimento producido cumple con las expectativas
· Control de seguridad e inventario
· Seguir los sistemas de calidad
· Alertar la Gerencia de cualquier cuestión o problemas
· Reportar el malfuncionamiento del equipo/utensilios de trabajo a la Gerencia
