As a Deal Analyst:
Clients Global Procurement Organization is seeking a high-performing contracts manager who will communicate openly and forge close working relationships throughout our company and with vendors. Strong understanding of contractual terms and business processes. JD degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Draft, review, negotiate and oversee inbound transactional matters for Workday
-Analyze and interpret complex provisions in multi-party contracts to ensure compliance and consistency
-Proactively deliver timely, pragmatic, and business-oriented advice to Workday’s various internal clients and stakeholders (serve as a partner of Sourcing in support of the business)
-Work with internal operations teams to build scalable infrastructure for supporting rapidly growing domestic and international teams
-Collaborate with procurement organization regarding improved ways to facilitate high volume transactions for clients
Qualifications:
-Strong communication and influence skills
-JD degree preferred.
-Data privacy experience a plus
