Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment processes. Recruitment is decentralized to the global HR Departments however this role will lead all Corporate/Central role hiring and act as a centralized support resource to drive best practice, process improvement, sourcing strategies and overall efficiency against our talent acquisition goals. Knowledge and experience of recruitment in global locations is highly desirable. Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities:

1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Partner with HRMs in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Lead all Corporate and Central role hiring end to end.

Work with HRMs to improve employee hiring and onboarding processes.

Support the development of our Employer Value Proposition.

Collaborate with hiring managers on resource planning and build robust talent pipelines.

Ensure fairness and compliance with core HR policies

2. Talent Sourcing Partner with Geo HR Managers to develop and execute the local sourcing strategy to attract top talent.

Collaborate with regional teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach to talent acquisition across the organization.

3. Employer Value Proposition Work collaboratively with the Marketing and HR teams to enhance the employer value proposition, making our organization an attractive destination for top tier talent.

Leverage existing marketing materials to create hiring collaterals that sell the value of working with Pipecare Group.

Update and improve access to our Careers portal and c reate realistic job previews.

4. Data Analytics and Reporting Utilize data analytics to generate insights for leadership reporting and decision making.

Monitor recruitment metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Be comfortable driving improvements in: time to hire, fulfillment, cost per hire, quality of hire and other key recruitment metrics.

5. Process improvement and automation Assess all opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Work with the inhouse ERP team and external partner companies to drive automation solutions that improve HR/TA efficiency and create capacity.

6. Process adherence and Hiring Manager education Update all talent acquisition policies and processes to support process adherence and education.

Drive hiring requisition and governance process adherence.

Deliver manager education on process and hiring skills.

7. Training Coordination Support In quieter recruitment periods, the role will assume some responsibility for training coordination.

8. Community and External Partnerships Build and maintain strategic relationships with local colleges and educations partners.

Facilitate hiring events for employer brand recognition and talent sourcing

Manage relationships with any selected external partners

Skills/Experience: Significant experience of end to end recruitment of which a minimum of 2 years should be across multiple geographies.

Experience in a centralized role working in partnership with local teams to drive best practice is essential.

Experience of process improvement and automation in recruitment, candidate experience and onboarding is a must.

Experience with employer branding and value proposition enhancement.

Experience in oil and gas or related engineering industry /technical hiring

Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirement: Ability to travel without any major visa restrictions.

Accountability: Coordinate all recruitment activity globally in partnership with HR and Central teams

Ensure accurate reporting and analytics

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Drive process improvement for talent acquisition efficiency
