$150k - $175k annual salary plus bonus potential

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the VP of Club Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hampton Golf Club operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional support center teams, clients, and operators, to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives. The VP of Club Operations will serve as an accountability coach for Club Operators in Team Member approval ratings, Member satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and monitor consistent and impactful reporting processes with the use of digital solutions to communicate with the HG Support Center, Clients, Regional Managers, and Operators.
Ensure Operator compliance with Club Plans, offering support and training as needed.
Perform consistent communications with Clients regarding Club financial performance, Team Member training accomplishments, safety compliance, and NPS and eNPS ratings.
Facilitate annual performance reviews with Clients utilizing and developing a One Page Strategic Plan in partnership with Clients.
Onboard new Clubs to the Hampton Golf portfolio through the use of developed tools and processes to ensure seamless transition.
Assist in the recruitment and candidate selection process of General Managers/Operators, Superintendents, and other department heads as needed.
Ensure legal compliance at Clubs.
Performs other duties as requested.

Communications with Team Members and Clients will be more frequent and effective, addressing concerns efficiently and strengthening relationships to provide the highest level of support, value, and increased connectivity.
Hampton Golf will increase value proposition, client base, and national presence.
Qualifications
Multicourse Operations Management, 10 years’ experience.
BA/BS Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
PGA or CMAA, preferred.
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt
